The sample size (L x W) will determine if sample can share the holder plate to saving exchange and positioning time. The total thickness of sample must lest than 5 mm.
Sample Transfer & Pumping Down*
Sample components and outgassing rate will determine the pumping time.
Region of Interest (ROI)*
Select a dedicated area to measure. If "Yes", please provide information of ROI when send the sample. We will use on-line SEM in x-ray chamber to positioning.
Measurement Range (X-axis)*
Input the measurement range in the horizontal direction in micrometers (μm). The maximum scan range is 10 mm or 10,000 μm.
Measurement Range (Y-axis)*
Input the measurement range in the vertical direction in micrometers (μm). The maximum scan range is 10 mm or 10,000 μm.
Measurement Step Size*
Select the scan step between measurement points.
Select the data analysis method for your sample. Raw Data: HDF5 spectrum files. Basic Data Analysis: The distribution of elements in terms of intensities and proportions.
Delivery Time of Data*
Data available time (from the date of SGService received the sample, noted on system notification letter)
We will return your sample via FedEx/DHL/UPS/EMS when "Yes". Just select once for one sample, we will return entire samples in the same order number to your member registered address.
