I agreed all of sample with concentration higher than 5 wt% and absorption edge between 10 - 30 keV. SGService reserved the right to decline the measurement for the sample out of this range and no refund the fees.
Application Guidelines*
Sample must be deliver two weeks before experiment time as shown in below. A 70% refund will apply when cancellation informed SGService two weeks ago and no refund afterward. If customer can't send the sample before the due date, SGService will apply the charge and no refund.
Measurement / Date Delivery Time*
The measurement time depends on the beamline as shown, data delivery +3 days after measurement, SGService reserve the right to change.

Total Number of Energy Higher than 25keV*
As this energy is close to the beamline critical value, this will result in a drastic drop in luminous flux, thus requiring longer exposure times to ensure data quality.
